After 45 days, we never charge for bug reports or for answering a quick question by phone or email, but there may be a charge for "major incidents": issues or calls that take more than 15 minutes. Extended Support Contracts include a full year of support (up to 3 hours of time).

in addition to technical support Phoenix Electrical Contractor offers program updates that allow you to continue to get the latest and greatest features of the program for one small annual fee.  Keeping your Phoenix Electrical Contractor software up-to-date is the only way to insure that business operations will remain compatible with each other (e.g., shipping software, shopping carts, credit card gateways, etc.)
